Our Production Process
Production begins once your order is placed & payment is received...
Design & Proof
First, your decals are designed and edited in our computer software, and a digital proof is e-mailed to you for approval.
If your order includes full-color decals, they are professionally printed using a combination of specially-fomulated inks and heat to penetrate the vinyl media.
Laminate
A matte laminate is applied to full-color prints to provide additional durability and UV protection.
Cut
Next, your vinyl decals are precision cut using our professional plotter, and the unused pieces of vinyl are removed in a process called "weeding."
Mask
Transfer tape is then applied to the surface of the pre-spaced letters, numbers and graphics to hold them in place for easy installation.
Package & Ship
Finally, your decals are protectively packaged and shipped through a reputable carrier.
